In a momentous celebration, 144 determined youth have successfully completed their vocational training under the 2jiajiri youth scholarship program, a joint initiative by KCB Bank Tanzania and GIZ - E4D program. The graduation ceremony, held in Morogoro, was honored by the presence of Ms. Judith Martin Nguli, the esteemed District Commissioner of Mvomero.
The EUR 846,000 partnership from October 2021 to May 2023 between KCB Bank Tanzania and GIZ - E4D program, aimed at empowering and equipping young Tanzanians with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the modern job market. This initiative supports the government's commitment to tackling youth unemployment and fostering economic growth in the country.
The guest of honor, Mvomero District Commissioner Ms. Judith Martin Nguli, also commended the graduates for their outstanding achievements and emphasized the importance of vocational training in shaping a brighter future for Tanzanian youth. She stated, "I am truly impressed by the commitment and determination displayed by these young individuals throughout their training.
