  • Duly filled KCB application form.
  • Certified copies of the Directors’ ID.
  • Certified copies of Certificates of Incorporation and TIN.
  • Company’s memos and Articles of Association.
  • Last 12 months' bank statements (for non-KCB customers).
  • Recent valuation report.
  • Audited books of accounts for the previous 3 financial years.
  • Current management accounts.
  • 12-month Cash flow projections.

Rates & Fees*

  • TZS facility: Base lending rate i.e. 19% p.a.
  • USD facility: Base lending rate i.e. 9% p.a + 1% = 10% p.a.
