Original and copy of National ID/Passport/Driver’s license.
Introduction letter from employer/advocate/government official.
Proof of address i.e. utility bill/lease or rental agreement.
TIN certificate (if applicable).
Proof of income i.e. recent pay slip/employment contract/letter from Ward Executive Officer.
Residence Permit/Work Permit – For non-residents.
VISA (if applicable) – For non-residents.
