It was a day full of fun and engagements which brought together colleagues from different department and branches representing the three core values of closer, connected and courageous to engage in different games that created a more solid KCB Bank family.
The event unfolded with the trip from Dar es Salaam to Arusha on Friday and then Saturday starting with the PAPU tour which aimed to getting a feel of Arusha and the new TFA Branch which is newly re-located at PAPU Building.
After that, the teams gathered at Fun Retreat resort where different activities and games which aimed at boosting mental well-being that would build a more connected team.
“The teams are performing very well and we have every reason to celebrate the journey so far and this is the reason we are doing this activity. I believe after this event we will become closer and more connected as one team to keep pushing our business,” said the Acting Group Regional Businesses Director and Managing Director- KCB Tanzania, Cosmas Kimario.
Team Connected (Green) scooped the overall winner while team Closer (Yellow) emerged the first runner up, and team Courageous (Read) emerging the second runner up leaving with medals.
The fun moved to Aces where the teams had dinner together, sip and dance to close the day with more fun and cheering hearts. It was indeed, For People, For Better!
