Shadrack has over 22 years in the IT Sector. He is Strategic a strategic Thinker and Leader with strong Business and Technical acumen with Hands-on Experience in diverse areas of Technology (Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Transition, Project management, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Digital Channels). He is a multi-certified IT expert with proficiency in IT strategy formulation, adoption and Implementation as well as aligning technology to the business strategy for unsurpassed achievement of business goals. He possesses a wealth of experience gained from ICT and Banking having worked in various roles in KCB Bank Kenya, KCB Bank Uganda and KCB Bank Rwanda.
He joined KCB Tanzania with effect from 1St January 2022 from KCB Bank Kenya.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and a BSc in ICT Management from the Maseno University and is certified in CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), ECSA (EC-Council Certified Security Analyst) and ITIL V3 Foundation Certified.
